REFUNDS & RETURNS

All items are handmade and made to order so therefore, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours. Any cancellations after this period may still incur the full costs depending on how much work has already been carried out on your order

DAMAGES

If your order has been damaged in transit then please contact us on littledaisydesigns@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with an image of your order. If the refund is approved then we will refund your original method of payment. Please note each bank has a different processing time for a refund
